Book Harvest’s Dream Big Book Drive and Community Celebration

Dream Big is Book Harvest’s annual celebration of books and literacy for all kids! Every year on MLK Day, we bring our BIG dreams to Durham Central Park for this community event that is part book drive, part food truck rodeo, part activity fair, part volunteer opportunity…and ALL celebration and fun! 2018 was a banner year for Book Harvest– our one millionth book year! — and we’re kicking off 2019 with BIGGER dreams than ever. This year’s event will be better than ever, too, with a new community art project, more activities, and free books for all kids in attendance! Food vendors include Mr. A’s Beignets, Qspresso, and Dang Good Dogs, plus event sponsor Mad Popper will be there giving away free popcorn  www.bookharvestnc.org/dream-big
