The Morrisville Fire/Rescue Department will be hosting a bike safety rodeo for kids (toddlers to age 18). The event is free and all participants will receive a Morrisville Fire/Rescue Bike Helmet. Did you know that more children ages 5 to 14 are seen in emergency rooms for injuries related to biking than any other sport? The rodeo will be held on Saturday, June 4th. Sessions are at 10:00, 10:30, 11:00 and 11:30. Each session is limited to 20 participants. Kids will learn bicycle safety techniques and will get to ride their bikes through a short obstacle course. The rodeo will be held at 200 Town Hall Drive, Morrisville Fire/Rescue Station #1. Parent or guardian must be present with child at event. To sign up, please visit www.townofmorrisville.org/bikerodeo. Event sign-ups are on a first come, first served basis.
