Park Description
The Morrisville Aquatics and Fitness Center is a multi-use athletic and recreational facility that includes many opportunities for passive and active recreational opportunities. Amenities at the Morrisville Aquatics and Fitness Center include: Cardio Area including elliptical machines, treadmills, exercise bicycles, rowing machine, stair stepper, upright bicycles, and free weights. Men"s and women"s full-service locker room facilities. Sauna and whirlpool. Aerobics studio, open-fields, and playground that serve the residents with passive recreational needs, athletic leagues, baseball and softball, and T-ball serve the active recreational needs of the community.
Amenities at Morrisville Community Park include: Playground with tot-lot, Gazebo with four (4) picnic tables, Picnic shelter (capacity 65) with two (2) grills, Restrooms, Maintenance / Storage Facility, Multi-purpose playing field, T-ball field, Little League baseball field, Adult softball field, Restroom / concession building, Hatcher Creek Greenway, Parking Area (210 spaces including 9 handicapped), Two (2) Racquetball courts, Three (3) Tennis courts, Full outdoor basketball court, Parking Area (84 spaces including 3 handicapped). There are no fees for the Community Park.
Hours of Operation: Monday-Thursday: 6:00 am - 9:00 pm.
Friday: 6:00 am - 7:00 pm.
Saturday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.
Sunday: 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm.
