Park Description

250 acres
Park amenities:  parking lot, restroom facilities, water fountains, playgrounds, tennis courts, open space, shelters, picnic areas, grills, concession stand, lighted facilities, passive area, multi-purpose trail, planting beds.

Park Rules & Regulations
Dogs must be on leash and waste properly removed and disposed of
No alcoholic beverages or drugs allowed
Parking in designated areas only. No parking on grassed areas
Skateboards allowed only in skateboard park
No sleeping, camping or staying overnight in any park
No loud music, disturbing noises or profanity
Fires allowed only in facilities provided
Possession of firearms prohibited
Please help us keep the park clean, use designated trash receptacles

Picnic Shelter Rentals for Greenfield and Empie Park

Rates:
$30 for 4 hours (city taxpayer)
$35 for 4 hours (noncity taxpayer)
Organization with 501(c) 3 status:
$20 for 4 hours (city resident)   $25 for 4 hours (non-city resident)
*For this rate must show 501c3 documentation
Rental hours are 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. or 
2 p.m. - 6 p.m.

Rotary Garden

The Rotary Garden is located at Greenfield Lake Park.  It is across from the Hugh Morton Amphitheater (1941 Amphitheater Drive)

    10 a.m. - 2 p.m.

  • No restrooms available
  • No chairs provided
  • Must clean up after event
  • Limit on amp. music
  • No alcohol 

All park rules must be followed when renting the Fragrance Garden.

  • Non-City Taxpayer:  $100

The Fragrance Garden is a beautiful location for a wedding or special event.

Rental Time Periods:

Noncity taxpayer: $90 for 4 hour block

The Fragrance Garden is located at 1963 Amphitheater Drive in Wilmington.  It is adjacent to the Greenfield Amphitheater.
