The 3rd Annual Live & Local: Bluegrass Festival is Saturday and Sunday, September 24-25, 2016 in Raleigh, N.C. Live & Local: Bluegrass is a FREE two-day outdoor festival that celebrates the start of World of Bluegrass week in Raleigh. Live & Local: Bluegrass is a family-friendly event featuring dozens of vendors, a kids zone, food trucks, and multiple music stages.
