Knightdale Parks, Recreation & Cultural Programs hosts an Outdoor Movie Night Series each spring and fall. Movies are free and open to the public. Make sure to bring a blanket and/or chairs to sit in. The series will be held at the Knightdale Station Park Amphitheater and the movies will begin at dusk. During the fall, vendors open at 5:30. Chilly night? Bring a cozy blanket. Fall into the Future Series Dates: EPIC: 9/16 (PG) Planet of the Apes (1968): 9/23 (G) Big: 10/7 (PG) Groups from local schools will be running the concession stand. All proceeds will directly support the associated school. 8/26: Hodge Road Elementary PTA 9/16: Forestville Road Elementary PTA 9/23: Knightdale High School FFA 10/7: Lockhart Elementary PTA Other vendors include Italian Ice & CJ Funnel Cakes.
