Bond Park Saturday, October 5th 10am-2pm Free and open to the public.

Enjoy a day filled with family fun for you and your dogs! Check out local dog rescue groups and other vendors, adopt a new pet, or get your dog washed by members of Cary Teen Council.

Cary Animal Services will be on hand with local veterinarians to vaccinate and microchip your pets. Bring your friendly, leashed dog for some fall fun.

Cary Teen Council Dog Wash
Dog Wash (Custom)After competing in the dog disc competition or visiting the vendors, let Fido cool down with a nice, clean bath. Members of the Cary Teen Council will wash and dry your dog before you head home. Bring your own towel if possible. For more information, call (919) 460-4965.

2019 Fees (cash only): Small Dog (1-10 lbs) $5, Medium Dog (11-30 lbs) $7, Large Dog (31 & up) $10


Rabies Vaccine and Microchip Clinics
10 a.m.-1 p.m. | Rain or Shine | Challenge Course Shelter
These clinics are a great opportunity for pet owners to take advantage of lower prices for rabies vaccines and microchips. Vaccine and microchip supplies are limited and available on a first come, first served basis. All pets must be on a leash or in a kennel. Cats are welcome. 2019 Fees (cash only): Microchips $15 and Rabies Vaccine $5 each pet.

Rabies Vaccination information: Please bring proof of current rabies vaccination to receive a 3-year vaccine for your pet. Proof of vaccination includes previous rabies vaccination certificate or similar document provided by a veterinarian. Otherwise pets will receive a 1 year vaccine.

Pet Paddle
Finished with Dog Days but looking for more fun? Why not take advantage of this once-a-year opportunity to take your pet on a boat ride? Choose from pedal boats, canoes or kayaks for your canine cruise. Please note that we are not able to provide pet life preservers. Visit the Bond Park Boathouse for the Pet Paddle on Saturday, October 5.
