Apex Sunrise Rotary is proud to present the 8th Annual Bone Suckin" Sauce Peak City Pig Fest, which is sanctioned by the Kansas City Barbecue Society (KCBS), the nation’s leading BBQ sanctioning body. 48 cook teams will compete for more than $12,000 in prize money cooking chicken, ribs, beef brisket and pork. The Bone Suckin" Sauce Peak City Pig Fest is the only KCBS-sanctioned event in the Triangle.
Friday Evening Pig Pick"n
All the fun starts Friday evening with a Pig Pick"n that includes live music and a beer garden. It"s a time for family, friends, and neighbors to get out and enjoy each other and the atmosphere. You"ll also be able to stroll around the competition area as cook teams get ready for an all-nighter of cooking their best BBQ. It"s guaranteed fun for all!
