Dress up the kids in Halloween costumes, dress up yourself, and head on down to Salem Street from 3:00pm to 4:30pm. Local merchants and businesses will be handing out candy and treats to costumed children. This has become quite an event in recent years, attracting hundreds of ghosts and goblins, and Salem Street will be closed downtown to ensure everyone’s safety.
