Since its inception, the Longleaf Festival has been a fun, family-friendly event that raises awareness for the longleaf pine and its special significance to North Carolina"s past, present and future. Join us for a double celebration in 2019 – the 10th anniversary of Longleaf Festival and the 20th anniversary of Harris Lake County Park! Visit with over 40 agencies and organizations with hands-on activities, take a wagon ride to our 60-acre longleaf forest with NC Forest Service staff as your guide, enjoy games, crafts, live animals, food trucks, entertainment and special surprises as part of our anniversary celebration!
