North Carolina State Fairgrounds, Scott Building. Saturday-Sunday, December 7th-8th 10am-3pm. General admission is $6 for adults ($1 off coupon in News & Observer or Event Flyer), free for children under age 13 accompanied by paying adult.
Over 100 vendors featuring Lionel, K-Line, MTH, Weaver, Atlas, American Flyer, Marklin Bachmann, Varney "N", "HO", "O", "S". and "G" gauge trains, accessories, track, switches and hard to find parts, and other toy train related items. Event features over 100 tables plus operating layouts, Kids Club activities, hands-on layouts and train races for the children. Workshops and minor on-site repairs. Auction at 1 p.m. Special Raffle at 3 p.m. Hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m on Saturday and Sunday.
