As a way to remember the life and career of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr, North Carolina State Parks in the Triangle Region are grouping together to offer a volunteer experience for all to join. Whatever your age, skill, or ability level, we invite you to come out to William B. Umstead State Park to help us beautify and clean up our parks of trash and litter. A limited number of trash grabbers will be available, but gloves and trash bags will all be provided for volunteers who join us on this special day. Please call in advance to reserve a spot for you and your friends/family. Start Location:
