Slither on over on World Snake Day for an adorable story that follows the new life of a baby snake! We will read The Snake’s Diary by Ella Clarke and Josh Gershman. In the story, baby Little Yellow desperately wants to be big and green, but realizes there are advantages to being little and yellow. Little Yellow’s diary takes us along his journey of growing month to month. We will learn cool facts about North Carolina’s snakes and do some snake crafts!
