In an effort to emphasize the importance of physical activity and eating healthy, Raleigh Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources Department will continue to provide healthier snack options and prizes rather than candy for the annual Egg Hunts. In addition, a portion of the eggs will be “Eco Eggs”. Eco eggs are plant-based versus petroleum-based eggs made in the USA. They are BPA free, have 100% renewable content, and are fully compostable after use.
